Where to begin?! When we got the news we had to relocate, we knew we had a lot ahead of us... selling our ATL home, finding and buying a new home in NC, and how we could work the deal so we could use some of the equity from the existing home in the purchase of the new home...wow. Contact with Eric was done via email once we signed the contract to move forward. His team was professional and got all of the numerous upgrades completed to the house before it went on the market. It was an extensive punch list! Once on the market, they helped me negotiate with 2 contracts. The third was accepted. They helped get additional work done for the inspection report, and attended the closing on our behalf. The sale was my parents' home of 26 years, and they helped me through the whole process to get the work accomplished and the house sold in a timely manner. That speaks volumes!
